AEO customs authorization, a guarantee of security
The AEO authorization allows any company established within the European Union (EU) carrying out an activity related to international trade (SME or large company) to obtain a quality label on the customs and security-safety processes it implements. Granted in France by the French customs, the AEO authorization is recognized throughout the EU and in countries that have signed mutual recognition agreements.
The advantages provided by the authorized economic operator status are numerous. Beyond the facilities granted by the legislation in terms of customs and security-safety, the approach is structuring for the company. It makes it possible to evaluate and then control its processes in terms of customs and security-safety.
